Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you:

• Decide you no longer want the item
• Order the wrong item, size, or style
• Change your mind after placing your order
• Find the item at a lower price elsewhere

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and include:

 

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once assessed, we will happily arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where required.
